Example Forecast
Scotland 21/04/12 – 22/04/12 – Thursday Late Night Version......
Areas Covered:
Centred on Thurso, but may also mention Edinburgh and Machrihanish in the recommendation area.
Recommendations:
Strong crosshore winds for the North Coast throughout, and small swell, as the winds stop anything from really getting in. The East Coast will have swell as a result of the winds coming up the North Sea, shoulder high and rideable in places, round Fraserburgh would be our call. Smaller but still rideable in the 2-4ft range on Sunday. The West Coast looks to be flat to very small with offshore winds over the period. So the East Coast on Saturday morning is the best call by far….
